National Repair Centre
Bearcom
’s National Service Centre is located in Blackburn, Victoria. Managed by an experienced Service Manager the team includes Motorola trained repair technicians, experienced installers, field technicians and a dedicated service coordinator. Close proximity to Motorola’s own national headquarters allows fast access to parts and additional technical support when required.
Local technical support
Radio repairs can be lodged at locations across Australia, with radio workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Managed by an experienced local Service Manager, each workshop provides onsite installation and driveway service, plus field technical support. A dedicated service co-ordinator in each centre ensures prompt customer service. Motorola Approved Service Center

are an accredited Level 3 Motorola warranty repairer, with extensive experience on most models within the Motorola family, both new and old.

Quality assured since 1995, our Australian service division works to strict procedures that align with our ISO9001:2000 accreditation.
FM approved
After exhaustive auditing by the internationally accredited
body FM Global, Bearcom has received official approval to
repair Motorola radio equipment which carries the Factory
Mutual (FM) intrinsically safe badge, onsite at our
Melbourne National Service Centre.
This service will be of assistance to our many customers in
mining, petrochemical, gas and other workplaces that use
hazardous materials that require specialised radio
equipment.
OH&S
BEARCOM
has a formal OH&S management system in place, with dedicated OH&S officers in each service team. All staff undergo inductions and work is completed with high regard for healthy and safe work practice. Formal site-specific safety plans can be completed for projects requiring this.
