National Service Centre
Our National Service Centre is located in Clayton, Victoria. Managed by an experienced Service Manager, the NSC is the “heart” of our large service division, with a team of experienced radio technicians diagnosing and repairing equipment for CA Bearcom clients around Australia. Close proximity to Motorola’s own national headquarters allows fast access to parts and technical support when required. With a strong focus on customer service, the NSC’s Co-ordinator liases daily with local service staff and customers in each state to manage the vast flow of equipment.
Local Technical Support
Radio repairs can be lodged at locations across Australia, with full radio workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth at this time and more on the way. Managed by an experienced local Service Manager, each workshop provides.
